Lexington Run Community Association
This Association is composed of Members owning a single family home, patio home, or condominium. The Quarterly Assessment is paid by all Members, and the fees contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of Lexington Run's common elements. Members of this Association also pay a Quarterly Street Light Assessment along with the General Assessment. For a closer look at the operation of the Association, please view the budget.
 
Buglers Sound Neighborhood
The Buglers Sound Neighborhood is comprised of single family homes within Lexington Run Community Association. Homeowners in this neighborhood are members, paying the Assessments for the use of common elements, of the Lexington Run Community Association. 
 
Champion's Crossing Neighborhood
The Champion Crossing Neighborhood is comprised of single family homes within Lexington Run Community Association. Homeowners in this neighborhood are members, paying the Assessments for the use of common elements, of the Lexington Run Community Association. 
 
Derby Place Neighborhood
The Derby Place Neighborhood is comprised of single family homes within Lexington Run Community Association. Homeowners in this neighborhood are members, paying the Assessments for the use of common elements, of the Lexington Run Community Association. 
 
Saddletop Ridge Neighborhood
The Saddletop Ridge Neighborhood is comprised of single family homes within Lexington Run Community Association. Homeowners in this neighborhood are members, paying the Assessments for the use of common elements, of the Lexington Run Community Association. 

Twin Spires Patio Homes
Patio homes within the Lexington Run community are part of the Lexington Run Community Association and the Twin Spires Homeowners Association. While this neighborhood has its own Assessment, funding patio home landscape and ground maintenance, and its own budget, it is not its own Association. Owners of Twin Spires patio homes are Members of the Lexington Run Homeowners Association and pay the Quarterly Assessment, which contributes to the maintenance and upkeep of the common elements, as well as the Twin Spires Homeowners Association, with its own Semi-Annual Assessment that goes towards the upkeep of the clubhouse. 
 
Twin Spires Condo Owners Association
Membership in this Association is available to all those owning a Twin Spires condominium unit. In addition, Twin Spires Condo Members are Members of the Lexington Run Community Association and are subject to its Quarterly Assessment, as well as the Twin Spires Homeowners Association, with its own Semi-Annual Assessment that goes towards the upkeep of the clubhouse. Should you need assistance with a condominium unit or the Condominium Association, please contact Towne Properties
 
Twin Spires Homeowners Association
Homeowners that own a Patio Home and Condominium are members of the Twin Spires Homeowners Association. This Association has its own Board, budget, and Assessments, contributing to the upkeep of the Twin Spires Clubhouse, pool, and common areas.
